The role of HR and Executive Boards has dramatically evolved, at the same time the psychological contract and expectations of people, employers and employees has changed forever.

There is extreme pressure on HR, Executive’s and Business Leaders to drive results, increase performance, speed, productivity, efficiency, and manage change & transformation with dispersed teams that are hybrid working.

At the same time creating purposeful organisations, ensuring employee satisfaction, managing wellbeing, attraction,
development and retention of talent. All with meaningful and measured diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) and Environmental Social Governance policies needing to be implemented.

Executives are now in PR roles yet have very little effective training in communication, co-creation or how to build reality and understanding with their audience.

HR and Leaders have to solve people problems and create solutions to human thinking, behaviour and efficiency whilst also being humans themselves. They have never been equipped to do this for themselves never mind others in today’s climate.

The weight is heavy, many are doing their best but feeling lost. What we are asking of leaders is impossible without giving them specific tools and technologies to do so.
